-8:50am
Somewhere in the middle of Oklahoma on interstate 40, we saw a plane flying incredibly low passes (I’m talking king 30 feet off the top of tractor trailers). Turns out this dude was flying over his fields and spraying them with chemicals. A good old fashioned (non-fart) crop duster. I could def see myself flying a plane out of my backyard one day, so this was a cool sight for both of us

-9:31am
Left Oklahoma and made it into Arkansas. Not much going on here. Reminds me of Kansas with a few more trees along the road and the occasional hill as opposed to all flat nonsense

Little Rock Arkansas. Stopped by at Little Rock Central High School to see first hand the first school in the US to become integrated with African-Americans and Whites back in 1957. It must’ve been nuts back then when it happened, but today the school seems pretty normal, but it is for sure a gigantic high school

Wrong part of town Little Rock. As we were heading back to the highway, we decided we needed gas and should stop off at a station near an on ramp for I-40. As we are about to pull into the gas station, we see a man swinging a crow-bar, and a cop trying to convince him to put it down with his hand on his gun. Not sure exactly what was going on there, but knew it definitely wasn’t the spot to grab gas

-2:17pm
Crossing from Arkansas to Tennessee. Apparently the mighty Mississippi River is flooding like crazy, cause this thing was roaring and super muddy underneath the highway bridge. The river was overflowing into the land, with trees and power lines clearly underwater

Nashville, TN. Finally made it here after almost 12 hours of driving. We met up with Mrs. Bresnan who was here for work, and she treated us to a nice dinner and a night out on the town. I’ve never been here before, but it was a super cool place with live music and rooftop bars as far as the eye could see. Although we won’t be staying here after tonight, it’s definitely made me want to come back here at some point in my life. Tomorrow is our final day of driving, Steak College PA here we come
